15-Day Return Policy

At Briller By Anaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Starting a Return

  • Your Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Leaking
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used Hair Oil bottles
  • Opened Shampoo bottles
  • Personal care and beauty products that have been used
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will gladly arrange an exchange after reviewing your request.

For all other exchange requests, customers may be asked to return the original product before a replacement is shipped.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
